For most luxury journeys, we recommend beginning the planning process 3–6 months in advance. For peak season travel, exclusive properties, or complex multi-destination itineraries, 6–12 months allows us to secure the very best options. That said, we've arranged extraordinary last-minute experiences — don't hesitate to reach out regardless of your timeline.
Is there a minimum budget or trip length?
We work with clients whose journeys typically begin at $15,000 per person. There is no minimum trip length — we've designed both weekend escapes and month-long grand tours. What matters most is that the experience is extraordinary, whatever its duration.
Do you charge planning fees?
Our initial consultation is always complimentary. For complex itineraries requiring significant research and design time, a planning fee may apply — this is discussed transparently before any work begins. In many cases, our fees are offset by the preferred rates and exclusive inclusions we secure through our global partnerships.
Can you accommodate special occasions?
Absolutely. Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, proposals, and family reunions are among our most cherished projects. We bring the same meticulous attention to detail to every celebration, ensuring the occasion is marked in a way that will be remembered for a lifetime.
